ASOR ANNUAL MEETING 2025

Boston & Hybrid: November 19–22

ASOR’s 2025 Annual Meeting will take place November 19–22 at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza and online. All sessions and workshops will be able to include both in-person presentations in Boston and virtual presentations online via Zoom. Session and workshop proposals may be submitted by members through January 15, 2025. Please read the Call for Member-Organized Session and Workshop Proposals for important information and application instructions. Approved proposals will be added to the 2025 List of Approved Sessions and Workshops in early February and an open Call for Papers will follow.

Scholarships available: Thanks to donations from ASOR’s generous members, current ASOR members with a need may request a 25%, 50%, or full scholarship for annual meeting registration. E-mail programs@asor.org with requests and a brief explanation before purchasing registration. We will strive to meet all requests from members, with a preference towards those who have not received a scholarship in the past two years. We will do our best to meet requests from non-members and past scholarship recipients.
